• We only visit departure points chosen by passengers at the time of booking so you must depart from the departure point written on your e-ticket.
• The departure time for your chosen departure point is written on your e-ticket. The bus will depart on time so please don't be late.
• If you are having problems finding the departure point you must call your guide BEFORE your departure time. The mobile number for your guide is written on your e-ticket.
• We often have a busy schedule collecting passengers so, unfortunately, the bus cannot wait for latecomers, and latecomers do not qualify for refunds.
