TOURS RUN MARCH - OCTOBER

Visit a majestic and unique 300-year-old palace, and, nearby, one of the UK's most charming rural regions.

The Cotswolds is an area of beautiful countryside, of rolling hills, river valleys, fields of sheep and flowers, and pretty honey-coloured villages. It is now a sleepy part of rural Britain but in medieval times it was one of the most important wool-producing regions of England, one of the major industries upon which the country derived its wealth. Visiting the region today can feel like slipping back centuries in time. Especially when the sun shines, the beautiful colours of the stone cottages and the greenery of the countryside makes for enchanting viewing. Travelling by smaller bus allows us to drive through the quiet country lanes connecting the prettiest villages so we can show you places that tourists rarely see and The Cotswolds at its best.

Blenheim Palace, the birthplace of Winston Churchill, was built in the early 18th century as a gift from Queen Anne to the Duke of Marlborough for his military successes during the wars of the Spanish Succession. And what a palace it is! Stunning architecture, fabulous decoration, delightful gardens and breathtaking landscaped parkland make it an unmissable piece of British history and beauty.
